Youth Art Workshops

Support the movement development for your toddler and watch their learning capacity grow. Find joy in creativity and play together, meet other families, and get a re-set for yourself! COME especially on the days where you don’t think they will behave! Low expectations, high results! Donation-class. Drop-in or come to all. Fridays at 5:30-6:30pm January 24-April 3 at Anandaworks Wellness Education Center 320 Putnam St #123 10 week series (leaves room for one “snow day” cancellation)
This class helps your child develop their personal practice and glean yoga tools that help them find strength, confidence, flexibility, centeredness and a channel for energy. Fun games and yoga stories written by our creatively talented director. A great way to wrap up a long week of school! For grades 2-6. Donation-based series.
Register by January 15 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Winter youth yoga” and include your child’s name, school and grade in the email.
Mini-Hands of Peace
Wednesdays March 4-May 6 at 4:30-6:00pm January 24-April 3 at Anandaworks Wellness Education Center 320 Putnam St #123
Bummed there’s no Hands of Peace until Spring 2021? In this 10-week series your child can once a week dabble in creating, in each class, art, poerty, music, drama, dance and wellness to find peace. There will not be a huge culminating performance, but we’ll have some things to share with you before we’re done! Donation-based series. All elementary students grades K-5.
Register by February 15 by emailing email@example.com with the subject “mini-Hands of Peace” and include your child’s name, school and grade in the email.
Tuesdays ongoing from 6:30-7:30pm
Embodiment, conditioning and dance flow in this “yoga” class like only BaredFeet can offer! Come find your strength, flexibility and SOUL through play. NOT for beginners, though no one is turned away! Drop-in donation class. Keep an eye on Facebook to mark your attendance, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’ll be coming.
Contact Improvisation Beginner 4-part series
Saturday Jan 25, Feb 22, March 21, April 25 1-2pm

Want to make dances but need more tools? Lynn Buske, our director, has been making dances her whole life, guiding adult choreographers professionally for 15 years, and it was her focus of study in her undergrad work. Bounce your ideas off other choreographers and have space to develop your vision. Saturday Dec 21 from 12-2pm at Anandaworks.
