1. Virtual Chair Yoga Wednesdays at 11am is on pause for awhile. Check back soon!

 

2. Hands of Peace 2021-  We're virtual this year and it's open to everyone! Check out our Facebook page for the most current updates or visit the Hands of Peace page on our website for more information. Virtual performance is live on our Facebook page on June 4 at 6:30pm.

3. Videos - To continue to work virtually providing opportunities for expression and wellness we are working with Soul Shine Photography on some video shorts: dance daily, kids yoga bites, chair yoga shorts, and dance company performances! This is our big Spring project - stay tuned!

4. Ms. Lynn will be teaching yoga at Days Gone By Early Learning daycare this summer! Pleased to be back for our fifth year!

5. Youth Art Workshops this summer will be a one day outdoor event on August 13 from 1-5pm at Boyd Park. Registration information for this free event will be announced soon!
