1.Parent-Toddler Movement Development Class
Ages 5 and under with a participating adult - FREE
Saturdays 11am through May
at Anandaworks Wellness and Education Center, 320 Putnam St
Help your toddler move through the developmental stages of movement and increase their capacity for learning, help them tire those bodies and use their creativity, and see your child in a new light!
2. Chair Yoga
Wednesdays 2pm at First Presbyterian Church
This is our new favorite way to do yoga – the chair supports you so you are fully able to be present in every intentful moment in your full body workout – you will be amazed how complete you feel after this: mind, body, spirit. Try it and compare it to your regular yoga class! Directed toward seniors and beginners but fulfilling for anyone – we all need more embodiment.

Spring 2019 -Hands of Peace
Hands of Peace will be back for its third production this Spring! In partnership with CV Montessori Elementary, Hands of Peace is a free after-school program open to all grades to use the arts to explore important topics around peace. The theme this year will be SAFE. In response to the issues around gun violence that leave our families, students, teachers and community feeling less safe. We will explore what feeling safe feels and looks like through our art, poetry, music, theatre and dance. Students will work for 2.5 months on their projects and then share them in a final performance. The production will be held at Memorial HS in May – stay tuned. Follow Hands of Peace on Facebook, check your school emails and folders around Thanksgiving for registration forms, and keep your child’s schedule open from March-May if they want to be involved.
